220 Volts was a psychedelic trance duo formed by Victor Costa, also known as V-Storm, and Eduardo Souza, also known as Tactical Strike, both from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. 220 Volts' first and only album, "Overcharged", was released in 2008 by the legendary British label Phantasm Records - John Phantasm's imprint. In addition, 220 Volts has collaborated with psytrance legends such Eskimo and Dynamic, and remixed an iconic track by the famous French artist Talamasca (The Awakening - 220 Volts Remix).
