Don Rudecindo, better known as (Rolex Quintana), proudly Dominican artist born and raised in an underprivileged neighborhood of the Dominican Republic (Los Castillo, a locality located in the town of La Victoria), where a young man with dreams of greatness from a very young age, despite the circumstances, manages to gain popularity.
