After releasing Hip Hop/Rap music that conveys stories in a bold metaphorical way, Melk, Born Stephen Heuvel has reinvented his voice and talents in different music genres such as EDM, Afro beats, Rap Pop, Drill, which have elevated his music career into the rising star he is today. In 2022, his single "Hustle Everyday" sold over 200 NFTs in just one week and is currently worth $8.600.00 on the Bitcoin Blockchain. His first released EP "Reborn", a mixture of EDM and Afro Beats, saw exceptional success and is a testament to the fact that his fans never know ahead what genre the next song or album he drops will be in. Melk started releasing music on Soundcloud and dropped his first-ever all Hip Hop mixtape "Filthy With The Movement" in 2014 on Datpiff when mixtapes were still a hype. Moving back to his native country, Suriname (the only Dutch-speaking country in South America) after living in South Florida, he is conquering his talents that coincide with his growth in the music industry as an artist doing something that has never been done by anybody with a similar background.
