Biography
Kingston-based inspirational YouTuber, music producer and filmmaker, Quan Nelson, has now stepped in front of the microphone to musically vocalize his poetic lyricism that cleverly provokes positive contemplation through social commentary and romanticism. Drenched in Reggae, Jazz and RnB influences, Quan Nelson approaches his musical artistry with a soulful old-school reggae twist in a genre he dubs "reggae fusion." Curating an eclectic mix of songs that feel both spare and sweeping and which manage to mesmerize in spite of their rustic, even spartan simplicity, Quan Nelson is primed for greatness with a newly released EP, Quantum Theory. Quan Nelson’s voice makes music with bittersweet beauty to echo through the years.
