Leonardo Garcia (a.k.a Modley) is a dj/producer and sound designer born in Laredo, TX. and raised in Nuevo Laredo, MX. Modley is one of the creators of “140CLUB” a compilation of dubs/bass music with refreshing sounds and remixes, pushing forward the UK Bass to Mexico and having the support of artists such as Alexis B, SICARIA, and also support on radio shows such as BBC Radio 1
