Biography
Singer-songwriter and band-member of the collective Los Rarxs ; Vento Alejandro is a musician born & raised in Puerto Rico. After being featured on Buscabulla debut album Regresa , Vento was invited as a special guest in Buscabulla’s homecoming concert (June 4th, 2022) at Tito Puente Amphitheatre in San Juan, Puerto Rico. By this time in 2022, Vento and his band Los Rarxs had been building a strong musical catalogue that consisted of 6 projects (4 EPs, 2 albums) so far: Los Raros VLMN1 (2018) Sonido Porno (2019) Vente Bailando (2020) Dos de Una (2021) Sin Plug (2021 Live EP) La Rareza (2022) In August 2023, the singer and multi-instrumentalist released a new single as a solo artist “ MQP” (a long-awaited collaboration featuring Calma Carmona & J Rochet’s production). In November of the same year, a new song KYETO featuring also J Rochet & Vento Alejandro was released. By the end of the month, Los Rarxs had scored a magical performance live at Color Caribe 3 Festival in Dorado, Puerto Rico. On the first day of May 2024, Labajura & Vento Alejandro launched a new song titled Finde and performed it (later that month) live at the ninth edition of The “Santurce es Ley” Festival in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Now, Vento’s debut album is officially on the way. In the meantime; Vento Alejandro & his band Los Rarxs have just released a new album (October 9th 2024).
