Biography
SCUM is one of the most recognizable names in today's horrorcore. He's been active in the scene since 2000 when he founded Lyrikal Snuff Productionz (currently LSP, LLC), a record label which became home to some classic underground acts such as Dark Half, Smallz One, Insane Poetry, and many more and is responsible for more then 150 releases worldwide to date. Scum is known for his dark, ultra violent, and gore soaked lyrics that he uses in conjunction with less traditional, bouncy, and upbeat instrumentals. That sound defines him as the pioneer of the gorehop sub-genre. Throughout his career, Scum released 20 solo albums and 10 group projects: LnG, 4HM, SOS, Lost Boys, and 6 with MMMFD, a duo project with Insane Poetry. After releasing the long anticipated 3rd installment to his Zipperface album series, Scum hit his fans with a 2 hour audio sledge hammer of a double album - Out With The Old in 2020. Then another trilogy - Dying World Chroniclez. More albums followed. Over the years, Scum's releases featured most of the underground heavyweights in the genre. He has completed 32 Nationwide Tours to date, headlining 20 of them, co-headlining 8, and supporting 4. After 25 years in the underground rap game, Scum and LSP have built a worldwide cult following and truly became a major structural pillar in the vile temple of horrorcore.
