Biography
Hailing from Columbus, 19-year-old ‘fresco’ is an up and coming rapper, singer, and songwriter. From a young age, he was inspired by his father's love for alternative, classic rock, and 90's hip-hop. Starting in 2019 as Lil Fresco, he consistently released songs on the app Soundcloud, drawing influence from artists like Juice WRLD, Post Malone, Lil Skies, and The Kid LAROI to name a few. In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, him and frequent collaborator/producer 7teen wrote, recorded, and released their first album "Piece of Mind", a tale of young love, heartbreak, and moving on. When asked, the duo revealed that they were working via Zoom sessions, due to their local government's COVID policies. The album did exceptionally well, garnering over 20,000 streams across all platforms, specifically the two breakout hits, "Inside My Mind" and "Take Some Time". After taking a break from music to focus on his senior year, fresco returned to the scene in the summer of 2022, with a new aesthetic and name. Now heavily working with local artist friends under the label, ‘Stellar Sounds’, there is a big future for fresco. @wtfresco
