Born August 11, 1977 in Tipperary, Ireland, Gemma Hayes is an alternative singer/songwriter with a demonstrated proclivity for chilled electronics and swampy, My Bloody Valentine-style shoegaze effects alongside the subdued melancholy of Joni Mitchell and Neil Young.
