JR Jones is an artist based in Los, Angeles CA. JR’s eclectic taste in music sprung his many talents in being a rapper, singer, songwriter and producer. JR embodies his message of, “we love, we fall, we get back up again,” in every music piece. Born in Kansas City, JR became molded by his experiences as a child that transformed his personal and artistic development. Being separated from a broken home, he found his love for music when he collaborated on a song with his dad who is now one of his greatest influences next to Kanye West and Kid Cudi. At 17, JR had grown to become a well-known artist opening for acts such as E-40 & Too Short. JR looks to expand on his momentum to make music centered on everyday life and love. His latest project “Love Happy” is scheduled to release later this year.
