Biography
LEIT is the solo project of French producer Julien Monteil, exploring the space between indie dance, electronic grooves and deep, driving basslines. Music has been part of his life from the very beginning: musical awakening at the age of three, piano at six, and saxophone at seven. After ten years playing in an orchestra, he went on to explore guitar, DJing and turntablism before diving into music production in his early twenties. After years of developing his sound through different projects, including the disco house duo AutoReverse, LEIT has been shaping his solo identity since 2014. His music blends groovy basslines, hypnotic rhythms and organic melodies, bringing together his background as a musician, DJ and producer into a distinctive indie dance sound.
