Biography

Kurtis Wells, p.k.a London Future, is an avant garde - one man band. He started out producing and giving his music away online. London Future is a self-made, multi genre music producer, songwriter and recording artist from Trinidad and Tobago. He got his break in EDM when he caught the attention of mega-producer Diplo by releasing Electronic Music unanimously online. His subsequent production in the Electronic Music world, has lead to praise from the God-father of Dubstep, Skrillex, a headline set at Tomorrowland in Belgium, releases under Mad Decent and a Record deal with Ultra Records. Now he is a regular collaborator with Electronic Music’s most powerful duos, Dimitri Vegas Like Mike, with credit on summer anthem feat Wiz Khalifa “When I Grow Up”. The international market was introduced to London when his single with UK producer Djemba Djemba "Look At Me Now”, a trap track with unforgettable vocal from Ifa Sayo was released in 2013. London has also released singles “Fire To the Room”, “Know Better” feat. SYMON, “Beautiful” feat. Cherise Ransome, “Don’t Stop” feat. Jim Cooke and “Hold Your Fire” feat. Jessie Reyez under Ultra Records. With his 2019 release, “Private Party” and his 2020 release “So High” featuring his very own artist Nessa Preppy, he traded in his behind the scene role for a reveal of his own voice, as it was the very first time he featured as a vocal artist. This refreshing shift signaled a new chapter for the ever-evolving career of London Future.
