ROKA., a young and emerging artist based in Djilang/Geelong has been making large waves since a respectively recent birth in the electronic music scene. With a refreshing take on 90's minimal tech house, and an eye-catching passion for music, ROKA. masterfully blends progressive textures and club orientated productions to create a sounds that resonate deeply within listeners and dance floors. After a debut release with Abode Label in early 2024 was met with great success, ROKA. is slowly establishing himself as a promising talent within the scene, and a name to keep an eye on. Latest release, a 4 track EP, suitably titled ‘Sunbeam’ on the Naarm label, Digital Music Only, indulges listeners though a sonic journey of bliss. Fusing the energy of early minimal tech house and progressive melodies, each track carries a full-bodied groove, club kicks, crisp drums and captivating basslines sculpted with dance floor energy as priority. With music designed to ignite authentic and passionate dance floors, ROKA. aims to help inspire and connect with the underground emerging prog house scene, punters and listeners alike.
