Shavon has worked with such luminaries as Faye Carol, David Murray, Howard Wiley, Kahil El’ Zabar, John Santos, Kev Choice, Norma Miller, Chris Martin, and Janice Maxis Reid. Shavon performed solo on the Fox Theater stage on OSA Spotlight Show and OSA Identity Show 2015-2016, and was awarded Best Song in Nina Simone- Four Women.
