Biography
August Grantt was born in Louisville, Kentucky. The 25 year old artist started his music career in 2020 during the beginning of the year. He was sent home from school where he attended at the University of Kentucky. While at home he worked a retail job to afford his music equipment. Two years later the school newspaper, “The Kentucky Kernel” wrote about Grantt and his struggles. He spent time interning at 400 recording, the number one studio in Kentucky. Improving his craft even more. His music is mainly experimentally conscious hip-hop, his lyrics are deep and personal, with a bone chilling tone. TT also dabbles in other genres like indie pop as making art is his freedom and detachment from his personal struggles.
