DETREYO is more than a DJ — he’s an EXPERIENCE. With a vibrant fusion of Afro and Latin rhythms, his energy behind the decks creates unforgettable atmospheres that ignite the dance floor and deeply connect with the crowd. Driven by his passion for Tribal Afro-Latin sounds, he began producing music and now works with internationally recognized labels such as CHIVIRICO RECORDS, LEVANTATE RECORDS AND KINICH MUSIC. In just one year, he has emerged as one of the most promising artists in the Mexican Caribbean, especially in Cancún performing at key events in the local electronic scene and also he actively collaborates with brands like Mini Cooper and Radio Turquesa FM, an influential radio station in the Caribbean. He is the founder of “THE RANDOM SET”, a project that brings music to unexpected places, and co-creator of “AYEYÉ”, an Afro-Latin celebration developed alongside renowned artist Carlos Castro — a movement that’s gaining momentum across the Caribbean.
