Born and raised in Mexico City, Eugenio Rascón has coexisted with music since he was very young, and even though this relationship wasn’t constant, with time he has submerged more and more deeply in his development as an electronic music producer and DJ. Thanks to this, he managed to create an original sound, that instead of staying in a single genre, tries to deliver different atmospheres and narratives through merging multiple influences, which can go from the energy of House, UK Garage and Techno, to the groove of Disco, Funk and Hip Hop; just to name a few. Also, same as music, Eugenio has been around science pretty much all his life, especially around Biology. That’s how his multidisciplinary project ‘Filius Natura’ comes to be, which aside from the musical experience, gets visual and conceptual inspiration from the natural diversity of our planet as well as our relationship with it.
