Trauma Bond is a punk rock band out of Northern Virginia. We’re fueled by warm beer, existential dread, and the kind of sound that could only be born in a poorly ventilated basement. We’ve since graduated to a garage. Formed by two guys named James (because one just wasn’t enough), our story began in the midlife crisis of our early 40s—proof that you’re never too old to scream into a microphone. Our drummer doubles as our recording engineer, which is either really efficient or just really cheap. And then there’s Blake, our other guitarist and “the new guy,” who joined us after we finally agreed to let someone without the name James into the band. (Sorry, Blake—rules are rules: you’ll always be “the new guy.”) Our music? Loud, fun, and unapologetically imperfect—just like us.
