NYX are an electronic drone choir from London, UK who blend the ethereal textures of vocal harmonies with the experimental edges of electronic sound design, creating a unique auditory landscape that hovers between ambient drone, choral music, and avant-garde performance art. Featuring compositions by Sian O’Gorman, the choir have been winning over audiences with their compelling performances and unique releases such as their 2020 collaborative album Deep England with Gazelle Twin and their soundtrack work on BBC drama series Dope Girls in 2025. In 2025, they also released their debut self-titled album, aided by sound designer, composer and NYX string player Alicia Jane Turner, harpist Miriam Adefris, additional drums and production by Memory Play and Sebastian Gainsbourgh (Vessel), and artwork by NYX member Shireen Qureshi. The LP was co-produced by Marta Salogni and mastered by Heba Kadry.
