Panthero Toney Panthero Toney (Leiden, December 13, 2004) is a Dutch artist and producer with deep musical roots. As the son of Rossano Toney from the legendary duo Ross & Iba, he grew up in a family full of musicians. His career began at a young age with the music video Papa Hoedje, which brought him national recognition and even landed him a spot on Kids Top 20. Before stepping into the spotlight as an artist, Panthero spent years working behind the scenes as a producer. His style is a unique blend of hip-hop, R&B, afro, kompa, dancehall, and reggae — music with substance, emotion, and identity. Artistic freedom is central to his work: no compromises, just pure expression. Panthero Toney represents a new generation that reaches back to the essence of real music.
