Biography
Chilean-born violist Roberto Díaz has combined performance with administration as president and CEO of the Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia. Díaz held positions with the National Symphony, the Boston Symphony, and the Minnesota Orchestra. From 1996 to 2006, he was principal violist of the Philadelphia Orchestra.
