The multi-award-winning global Jamaican-Canadian hip hop icon Kardinal Offishall was the first rapper from Canada to reach the top of the Billboard Hot 100. He has collaborated with the giants of the industry including Rihanna, Drake, Pharrell Williams, Vybz Kartel, and so many more. Offishall has a star on Canada's Walk of Fame and is a recipient of the Allan Slaight Music Impact Honour and The Canadian Music Week Social Justice Impact Award. He received an honorary doctorate from York University for his legacy of groundbreaking achievements. Offishall is also Global A&R at Def Jam Recordings, hip hop’s most influential record label. He continues to shape the careers of several new artists, producers and writers from around the world.
