Ruslanas Kirilkinas is a Lithuanian singer, songwriter, and television personality. He was born on October 17, 1983, in Telšiai, Lithuania. As a child, he participated in LTV children song contest Dainų Dainelė several times. In 2001 Ruslanas became a lead singer of Omega and gained popularity with the hit song Tu Mano Mergytė.
