Biography
Rooted in indie hiphop, rapper/producer/singer, J57, got his start working at the legendary Fat Beats (NY) record store from 2004 until it closed in 2010. Mentored by DJ Premier since 2011, his background ranges from traditional boom-bap hiphop, electronic, jazz, and Americana music.
